At MAZI, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
● Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
● For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used
products.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at support@mazisupplements.com with your order
number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable method.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method
within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
● Refunds will cover the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the
return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return
the original item and place a new order.

● Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
